It may come across as a rude question to ask, but none of us know what we're doing all of the time, no matter what we do for a living. Certain aspects of the job or challenges we run into can seem way over our heads. Often times they aren't though. As David Hanson, founder of Design Water Technologies, claims, the steps involved are often more basic than anticipated.
